July 28, 2014 - "Cigar Box Art Show" at Caesium Art Gallery

I will be showing several pieces at the Caesium Art Gallery exhibition, "Cigar Box Art Show" on Thursday, August 14, 2014, at 7:00pm.  The gallery is located at 4656 S. 60th Ave, Omaha, NE 68117.  Here is a description from the Caesium's Facebook page: "...A group show featuring dozens of artists using cigar boxes as their canvas.... (The gallery will) be open pre- and post- Maha Music Festival.... Opening reception on Thursday, August 14, 7-9pm, and then open on Friday night, August 15, 7-9pm, and Sunday afternoon, August 17, noon - 4pm.  The gallery is located one block from 60th and L Street, next to San Guinary's Barber Shop.

March 8, 2014 - "LFF: Ciao!", Les Femmes Folles' Farewell Exhibit, May 1-4, 2014, Caesium Art Gallery

May 1, 2014, 6-9pm, is the opening reception for the art show.  May 4, 12-4pm is the closing, during which there will be a letterpress poetry reading at 3pm with Bonnie O'Connell, Kelsey Reifert and Laura Madeline Wiseman, who will also have letterpress art on view.

February 26, 2013 - "Springtime at Caesium" Exhibition, March 23, 2013, Caesium Art Gallery

On Saturday night of March 23, 2013, I will have artworks in the exhibition, "Springtime at Caesium" at the Caesium Art Gallery.  I had prints in December's "Square Foot" show and am excited to exhibit again this March!  This show can also be viewed on weekends in March and April.  The gallery is located at 4656 S. 60th Ave, Omaha, NE 68117 and may be contacted at (402) 578-7938 or caesiumgallery@gmail.com.

February 26, 2013 - "Omaha First Friday Art Party Fundraiser for The Women's Center for Advancement", February 1-25, 2013

Four of my linocuts, "The Universe in My Backyard, 1-4" were exhibited on February 1-25, 2013 at Loom (1012 South 10th Street, Omaha, NE, just south of the Old Market).  The art show and fundraiser was hosted by Les Femmes Folles and Loom, for the benefit of the Women's Center for Advancement.

November 12, 2012 - Drawing and Cartooning Classes at The Art Room

I am teaching a second session of drawing and cartooning classes at The Art Room this November and December.  The Art Room is an educational art studio located in Rockbrook Village Shopping Center (108th & West Center Road).  Classes, workshops, camps and parties for ages 5 to 95 are offered, and drop-ins are encouraged.  Please stop by or sign up for a fun art experience!
